FINDING
PURPOSE

You only have one life and you want to make the most of it, but you feel aimless and confused.  Life keeps happening, the days keep passing, but you feel stuck in place.  You’re not sure where you’re going, and it makes you wonder if you’re not sure who you are.  These questions are so overwhelming and they might make you wonder what’s the point.  Or they might send you into a spiral of anxiety with nothing to hold onto.  It can be hard to know how to cope, and you worry that you might be self-sabotaging.

 

If this sounds like you, therapy is the perfect place to sort this all out.  In our work together, we will explore who you are and what gives your life energy and meaning.  My job is to listen not only to what you are saying but also to what’s underneath the surface.  By bringing awareness to unseen parts of your world, we can figure out what’s getting in the way and bring greater clarity to your life.  During this process we will identify healthy coping mechanisms to help you weather the ambiguity while you find your way.  My hope through our work together is that you leave with a greater sense of self, ease and meaning.
