My name is Ashley and I’m here to help you find your way. You don’t have to figure this out all by yourself. Together we will work toward understanding yourself more deeply and bringing more compassion to your inner dialogue. This process happens in a warm, supportive environment where your full self is welcomed and celebrated.
My approach to therapy helps you feel more comfortable in your skin by creating a space for you to feel cared for and seen without judgment. As we explore your experience, things will start to calm down, come into focus and feel more intentional.
