Love fills life’s sweetest moments, but moments are fleeting and relationships require effortful diligence.  While we all strive for those blissful connections, we are challenged with the intricacies of navigating differing wants and needs.  Over time, these challenges can overshadow those moments of connection, and couples may need help coming together again.

My approach includes both practical skill building and an attachment perspective that incorporates the relational style you learned as a child.  While we work on understanding, empathy, communication skills, etc., we will concurrently be reflecting on the nuances of your attachment style and how that interplays with your partner’s attachment style.  By focusing on the dynamic between the two of you, we can identify where miscommunications arise and where hurt may linger, and develop safe intimacy to foster a healthy, happy relationship.
