I love what I do, and I consider it an honor to help people on their journey. As a therapist, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can dive into your story and deepen your self-understanding. We will gently explore your experience to identify areas of strength that you are already utilizing, and areas where you can grow. We will work to enrich your understanding and augment your tool box to cope with life’s inevitable challenges. My hope is that this process provides greater compassion for yourself and others, and a deeper sense of joy and meaning in your life.
I am an alumnus of The Wright Institute in Berkeley as well as Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist at the Marina Counseling Center in San Francisco, where I offer sliding scale therapy sessions for individuals and couples. Prior to pursuing my Masters, I worked 7+ years in the corporate world.
My respect and appreciation for therapy comes from my own experience as a client, trying to learn from the trials and tribulations life has thrown my way. Investing in the challenging, exhilarating work as a client has been the greatest gift I’ve given myself, and I would love to share the power of the process with you.
